In assembly this morning Mrs Byers was delighted to present Head Girl, Rebekah, with a certificate, as her story, The Mole and the Eagle received a commendation in the ISA Writing Competition. The judges’ feedback showed that “her classic use of time-passing ensures that we are all sitting on the edge of our seats. A thoroughly enjoyable story that is well written with excellent dialogue.” Congratulations Rebekah. It is a truly lovely story and we are reproducing it in our School Magazine this summer.
